I wanted to leave a review about Powers Roof Service. However instead of writing an entirely new review I decided to just attach the text message that I sent directly to the company.

"Good morning. I just wanted to send a thank you to you and your team. By the way this is Norm the client you service yesterday morning. I'm not exactly sure how you rate a roofing company since most people can't get up on a roof to inspect the quality of work. That being said, we received a visit from one of the owners or THE owner which to me was something unseen by most companies. Everyone of the individuals who worked on our roof was exceptionally polite, extremely thorough, and kept us up to date on exactly what they were doing. They highlighted points of interest and gave us the option of addressing those issues if necessary. So I guess I answered my own question. How do you rate a roofing company? It's through the direct interactions and the ability to stand back and look at the finished product. there was no trash around my house, no roof tiles laying on the ground no hazards for my daughter, and I'm still moved by the visit from the owner. He treated me with dignity and respect and it was an exceptional show of professionalism. From my family, to your entire crew... thank you!"
